The Prophets of Smoked Meat
Full Custom Gospel BBQ
Daniel is considered the “BBQ Snob” when it comes to all things meat. His blog, Full Custom Gospel BBQ has made eating BBQ a full time job for Daniel. So much so, he wrote a book called The Prophets of Smoked Meat. It’s about his 30 day trip across Texas taste testing different flavors of BBQ. Daniel is also Texas Monthly‘s BBQ editor! Nicholas is the photographer who traveled with Daniel to complete the book. If you want to learn more, visit Daniel’s website, Full Custom Gospel BBQ.
